HybridWeb has experienced a continual evolution that began in 1995, when co-founder Tony Coolidge started his first web development company, AV Marketing, to partner with Orlando Online as the web marketing solutions provider for a newly-emerging Internet industry. The success enjoyed and experience gained during the first golden age of the Internet quickly catapulted this team into leaders of their field in the Florida marketplace. After the team realized that the talents that helped to make their clients successful could be applied to their own business projects, they formed a partnership to build a new Internet auction company called iBidUSA.com in 1998. This company grew quickly and became a publicly-trading company under a new name. Tony Coolidge founded another Internet marketing company. This company began by developing web sites and web programming for businesses, but it evolved by becoming a leader in search engine optimization and web marketing. In 2008, the company expanded into social networks and virtual world platforms. In 2009, the company took all of the web marketing and social networking technologies and integrated it into a web site solution that made it easier for web site managers to manage and execute a successful marketing campaign. This merging of different technologies and tools into a simpler web solution is the reason for the company reinventing itself as HybridWeb.
